Qualification Run Checklist

Before you order

  • Define the use case: where it will be used, conditions, and failure modes.
  • Request documents: SDS, TDS, COA template, and (if relevant) regulatory statements.
  • Set acceptance criteria: measurable outcomes + material compatibility.

Sampling & trial

  • Get a retention sample of the approved batch.
  • Run a small, controlled trial with defined dilution, temperature, and time.
  • Record results and any deviations.

Approval & control

  • Freeze critical parameters (assay/solids, pH, viscosity, impurities if relevant).
  • Agree on COA limits and change-control expectations.
  • Define packaging and labeling standards for repeat buys.
