Operating window: temperature, pH, concentration, contact time, water hardness, etc.
Materials: metals/plastics/elastomers in contact.
Constraints: low odor, low foam, chloride limits, food-contact restrictions, etc.
Success criteria: measurable pass/fail outcomes.
Sample size: how much you need and the packaging (bottle, jerrycan, pail).
